Entain Group is seeking a Retail Customer Service Manager for its Ladbrokes & Coral betting shop network. You will join the shop team, deliver excellent customer service, manage daily standards and support sales targets while reporting to the Shop Manager.
The role offers a part-time schedule with an hourly rate of £13.00 and a 17-hour weekly rota. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, handle transactions and contribute to a welcoming shop environment.
