Barnet - QSW - Locality Team - Umb

Eden Brown Synergy are currently looking for an experienced Qualified Social Worker to join the Locality Team for Barnet Council.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage a varied caseload of children and families, undertaking assessments and delivering timely interventions.
Complete Child in Need, Child Protection, Looked After Children, and court work where required.
Undertake statutory visits, risk assessments, and develop outcome-focused care plans.
Work closely with children, families, and multi-agency partners to achieve positive outcomes and safeguard children.
Prepare high-quality reports for court, child protection conferences, strategy meetings, and other statutory forums.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date case recordings in line with statutory requirements and local authority procedures.
Apply relevant legislation, policies, and safeguarding procedures to support effective decision-making.

Working Pattern:
Hybrid working.

Pay Rate:
32 p/h Umb.

Essential Requirements:
Social Work Qualification - Degree or equivalent.
Minimum 3 years experience within Childrens Social Care.
Experience working within a Locality, Assessment, Child Protection, or Children & Families Team.
Social Work England Registration.
Thorough knowledge of relevant legislation and safeguarding procedures.
