Office Manager

Great opportunity for an Office Manager
, you’ll work closely with the General Manager, Operations Manager, and corporate team to drive financial accuracy, support employees, and ensure efficient business operations.

• Accounting & Finance: Oversee accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, reconciliations, purchasing, collections, and month-end activities.
• Human Resources & Payroll: Process weekly payroll, coordinate onboarding and benefits, maintain employee records, and support workforce planning.
• Compliance & Administration: Manage insurance programs, regulatory filings, certifications, vendor compliance, and facility-related administrative needs.
• Operational Support: Partner with leadership to improve processes, maintain accurate records, and keep day-to-day operations running efficiently.

• Experience in office management, accounting, or administrative leadership; manufacturing or industrial experience is a plus.
• Familiarity with Net Suite, RAMP, payroll systems, and financial reporting.
• Experience with HR administration, benefits, and compliance.
• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, discretion, and the ability to manage competing priorities.
