Job Summary
- Keeping tasks, schedules, and priorities in order.
- Clear and effective communication, both written and verbal.
- Ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in all tasks.
- Efficiently manage one’s own time and the Pastor’s schedule.
- Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information responsibly.
- Ensuring all aspects of Event Planning and scheduling are complete.
- Scheduling and coordinating meetings, ensure no conflicts, maintain the Pastor’s calendar.
- Acting as a liaison between the Pastor, and staff / parishioners through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Coordinate needed anointing’s
- Schedule requested appointments
- Create and complete Rental Agreements
- Liability waivers complete
- Maintain church scheduling calendar, to include all events on campus.
- Funeral planning with families is complete and thorough
- Maintain Wedding scheduling and files.
