- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
- Support month‑end and year‑end close processes across multiple business entities
- Assist with financial reporting, audit support, and variance analysis
- Ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations and GAAP standards
- Collaborate with department heads to track expenses, budgets, and capital allocations
- Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives
- Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values of dependability and integrity
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably multi‑entity or multi‑location
- Proficiency in Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar ERP systems
- Strong Excel and analytical skills
- Knowledge of GAAP and internal control practices
- Cannabis or retail industry experience preferred
