• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including journal entries, reconciliations, and accruals
• Support month‑end and year‑end close processes across multiple business entities
• Assist with financial reporting, audit support, and variance analysis
• Ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations and GAAP standards
• Collaborate with department heads to track expenses, budgets, and capital allocations
• Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to automation initiatives
• Maintain confidentiality and uphold company values of dependability and integrity

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–4 years of accounting experience, preferably multi‑entity or multi‑location
• Proficiency in Quick Books, Net Suite, or similar ERP systems
• Strong Excel and analytical skills
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal control practices
• Cannabis or retail industry experience preferred
