Youth Frontiers in Edina, MN is seeking Retreat Facilitators for a full-time, 10-month position starting in January 2027. The role involves delivering interactive programs aimed at building character and respect among students in grades 4–12. Candidates will work in teams and often travel to various locations throughout Minnesota and the Midwest.
Facilitators will engage with students through music, activities, and discussions, promoting a fun and educational atmosphere. A passion for character education and public speaking is essential, along with teamwork and a willingness to travel frequently.
