Compensation info:Base salary of$90k, (some flexibility with experience), plus a$15k sign-on bonus(half after 90 days, half after one year)

Position Summary:
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is responsible for providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, including functional behavior assessments, behavior acquisition and reduction procedures, and life skills development. The role involves supervising behavior technicians, developing individualized treatment plans, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards and funder requirements.

Essential Functions:

Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

Supervise and provide training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and guide BCaBAs.

Maintain documentation in accordance with BACB, funding, and organizational guidelines.

Collaborate with families, schools, and service providers to ensure cohesive and effective intervention.

Adhere to HIPAA regulations and all applicable state, federal, and accreditation standards.

Attend required meetings and communicate regularly with clinical leadership.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in a related field.

Minimum of five years of relevant experience.

Proficiency in verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills.

Ability to navigate electronic systems and maintain accurate records.

Physical capability to perform job functions and travel as necessary.

Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams.
