Job SummaryOur team is growing! We are seeking a licensed and compassionate Physical Therapist to evaluate, plan, and provide evidence-based treatment to patients, aiming to improve mobility, reduce pain, and enhance overall quality of life. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, collaborative, and committed to high-quality care. Ortho Rehab Specialists strives to empower therapists to create their own ideal work environment. Our therapists have the flexibility to specialize in their desired orthopedic/sports populations.

- Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and functional limitations
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on clinical findings
- Implement therapeutic exercises/activities, manual therapy, and modalities as appropriate
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Educate patients and families on exercises, injury prevention, and recovery
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members
- Ensure a safe, clean, and supportive treatment environment
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
- 5+ years experience in outpatient orthopedic setting
- Current state Physical Therapist license (or eligibility)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Highly motivated / self‑starter
- Strong manual therapy skills
- Starting salary negotiable and based on years of experience in an outpatient setting
- Quarterly bonuses based on production
