Caregiver PM Shift

Overview

English Rose is seeking a FT/PT Caregiver - (CNA, HHA, PCA) to join our team to provide care & engagement with our residents. Our staff to resident ratio is 1:3 in our homes so you can focus on providing exceptional care and build those relationships with your residents.

Wage Range: $17 - $24 per hour based on experience, certification & expertise.

Shift times: 2p-10p (every other weekend required).

• Relationship-focused, compassionate caregiver (HHA, Resident Assistant, PCA, CNA)
• Higher wages and preference given to Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in good standing on the MN Nursing Assistant registry
• Passion for leading engaging activities with residents to ensure their holistic well-being
• Able to pass the MDH background check & tuberculosis screening
• Lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be on your feet for majority of your shift
• Strong verbal and written communication skills (English)
• Professional and positive attitude
• Cooking & cleaning experience (preferred)
• Valid Driver's License (preferred)
• Dementia Care experience a plus (but not required)

• Provide direct care to Residents with dementia and complex medical conditions.
• Support Residents by preparing meals, distributing medication, housekeeping and laundry services.
• Follow programming plans to provide meaningful engagement for the enrichment of our residents' lives.
