CT Radiology Technologist - Vascular & Interventional Experts

Overview

The CT Radiologic Technologist is responsible for performing all imaging within their scope of practice. In addition, the CT Radiologic Technologist will support the team members and daily operations of the imaging department. The role is part of a state-of-the-art outpatient facility performing minimally invasive procedures. The technologist will learn new skills and cross-train in interventional radiology. This is a full-time (1.0) position working M-F between the hours of 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, at our Edina and Woodbury locations.

• Perform all CT imaging as well as patient assessment within the scope of practice
• Act as point of contact for clinic staff, providers, patients and their families
• Schedule scans and procedures
• Set up trays, perform time-out, prepare contrasts and assist providers in performing procedures
• Monitor equipment and coordinate repairs
• Assist with data collection and analysis as needed
• Cross-trained in interventional radiology
• All other duties as assigned

• Graduate of an ARRT-approved Radiologic Technology Program
• Experience as a CT Technologist
• BLS certification

• Actual starting pay will vary based on education, skills, and experience.
• A $1,000 sign-on bonus will be offered for select roles, payable on first paycheck with a 12-month commitment. Internal applicants are not eligible for the sign-on bonus.

• Ability to work independently at least 90% of the time.
• Frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently push/pull patients up to 50 pounds, or patients in wheelchairs weighing up to 300 pounds.
• Frequently stand, walk, bend, and move continuously throughout the shift.
• Visual acuity to read electronic and paper documents.
• Auditory ability to participate in phone or video calls clearly.
• Manual dexterity to operate standard office equipment (e.g., computer, phone, printer).
