• Identify and bridge the gap between the customer’s business requirements and IFS products.
• Conduct customer training sessions and workshops.
• Lead and own the solution definition and scope for the IFS solution.
• Guide and assist the customer with testing and Go‑Live cut‑over strategies.
• Understand the customer’s business, industry, and local practices and policies.
• Act as a trusted advisor in articulating and critically evaluating customer‑specific business solutions.
• Provide a high degree of customer service.
• Develop business‑related knowledge to understand customer requirements and provide solutions.
• Keep up to date with regulatory and compliance requirements in key focus industries.
• Manage, coach, and mentor IFS colleagues.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of existing IFS products, processes and methodology.
• Design solutions, challenge and advise customers, and deliver on expectations ensuring success for both parties.
• Enjoy the contrast of understanding business objectives and end‑to‑end processes, and digging deep into details to achieve the best solution for the customer and IFS.

• Bachelor or Master’s degree (e.g., in Business, IT or other relevant subjects) or equivalent experience.
• US or Canadian citizenship or permanent resident.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong communication abilities with good customer‑facing skills, able to interact effectively at all levels within customer organizations.
• Experience working with IFS Cloud in a similar consultant role or as an end customer.
• Industry experience in manufacturing, construction and engineering, services, aerospace, or defense manufacturing.
• Profound interest in how systems support business processes with in‑depth knowledge of processes used by manufacturing companies.
• Commercial focus, business acumen and a “can‑do” attitude.
• Strong problem‑solving, analytical skills and strategic thinking.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including stakeholder management, negotiation and influencing skills.
• Ability to learn quickly and communicate ideas effectively.
• Utilize flexibility and creativity to present a variety of solutions.
• Self‑motivated and willing to go outside the comfort zone to provide the best solution for the client.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Good time management, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Bias toward proactive rather than reactive.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Willing to travel up to 50%.

• Competitive salary ranging from $60,000 to $150,000 USD annually, varying by location and experience.
