The Project Manager will lead and execute key projects to improve performance and drive results. This role requires project‑management expertise, cross‑functional collaboration, and the ability to influence stakeholders both internally and externally. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of agile project‑management principles and a proven track record of delivering high‑impact projects on time and within budget.
- Lead and manage end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and timelines. Coordinate resources, prioritize tasks, and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, influencing decision‑making by presenting data‑driven insights, aligning project goals with broader business strategies, and ensuring stakeholder expectations are met.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by applying best practices in operational efficiency. Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve overall performance across project phases.
- Proactively identify project risks, potential roadblocks, and dependencies. Develop mitigation plans and ensure that all challenges are addressed promptly to keep projects on track.
- Regularly communicate project progress, risks, and results to senior leadership and key stakeholders. Deliver concise, clear, and actionable updates that align with organizational priorities.
- Drive organizational engagement by establishing project management best practices that strengthen alignment, enhance performance, and cultivate a culture of operational excellence.
- Support training efforts by creating and delivering practical learning sessions, resources, and coaching that help team members strengthen their project‑management skills.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to ensure project success and alignment with business objectives.
- Minimum 5+ years of direct project‑management experience.
- Minimum 3+ years of other project experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or relative experience.
- Previous experience managing projects across all divisions of the organization, including Operations, IT, and Finance.
- Strong ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders and key stakeholders.
- Proven experience in driving operational improvements, process optimizations, and delivering measurable results.
- Excellent project‑management skills, including planning, scheduling, and resource management.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Analytical mindset with a strong ability to assess data and make informed decisions.
- Proficient in project‑management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership qualities and the ability to motivate cross‑functional teams.
- Problem‑solving mindset with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Agile or Lean methodology experience is a plus.
