Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN. Located conveniently near Hwy. 62 and France Ave. and is on a bus line. Aurora has 136 units offering a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care.
Ebenezer is hiring a Registered Nurse/RN who will be responsible for ensuring the safety and health needs of the long‑term care center and transitional care unit patients are met. Supported by a team of nursing leadership, nursing assistants, housekeeping, activities, culinary, social work and more.
Schedule
Casual/On‑Call:
Day shift, Weekends as needed
- Monitors personal care provided to assure consistency with each individual care plan
- Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies
- Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modifies as needed
- Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and care provided
- Current MN RN license or by start date
- BLS certification required within three weeks of hire date; obtain AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers
- Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems
- Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN
- Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers

Compensation Disclaimer
This position provides one flat hourly rate with regular reviews to ensure competitiveness with the market. If the role is eligible for a sign‑on bonus, the bonus program approved at the time of offer will be honored.
