Job Overview

Ebenezer is looking for an Assisted Living Registered Nurse (RN) who will provide personal care to improve and/or maintain the physical and emotional well‑being of senior residents at our assisted living facility, Aurora on France, located in Edina, MN.

• 48 hours per two weeks
• Day shift
• Every other weekend
• Eligible for full benefits, including RN student loan repayment

Aurora on France is a new, innovative senior living community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in Edina, MN. It offers 136 units with a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care, and Assisted Living/Memory Care. • Maintain current assessment and documentation of resident health status.
• Perform initial and ongoing assessments per Minnesota Assisted Living regulations and Nurse Practice Act; ensure assessments are completed every 90 days.
• Collaborate, educate, and communicate with residents and responsible parties to ensure appropriate service and placement.
• Ensure residents have up‑to‑date service agreements at admission and annually.
• Develop and implement individual emergency plans based on health status and Advance Care Planning documents, including POLST.
• Maintain clinical charts and progress notes using computerized documentation.
• Communicate changes in resident conditions to medical and other relevant individuals and follow up as needed.
• Coordinate resident health services and facilitate coordination with internal and external providers.
• Ensure physician orders are signed and implemented per regulations.
• Assist with medication and treatment administration.

• Current Minnesota RN license (or to be obtained by start date).
• AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers (3‑week grace period for BLS).

• Comfortable using Microsoft Windows and electronic charting systems.
• Experience in a patient support role as LPN or RN.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Sensitivity and ability to work with geriatric population.
