This is not a salaried position. Your income is entirely commission-based and provides promising potential. A state‑accredited real estate license is required before you can join our team. Responsibilities
  • Consistently reach out and follow‑up with leads to grow sales opportunities
  • Prospect for new leads to promote new business
  • Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in their home wants and needs and close the deal
  • Provide world‑class customer service to clients to ensure their satisfaction and trust and increase sales volume
  • Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
Qualifications
  • Past sales experience is preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Organized and manages time effectively
  • Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
  • Driven, self‑motivated and desires professional growth
Compensation

$75,000 – $150,000 yearly
