Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel — they add flavor and help hold everything together.

Our Shift Leaders collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone, provide feedback, coach team members, and open and close the store with minimal supervision. They ensure the quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background check
• Serv Safe Certification (or ability to obtain before leadership training completion)
• Valid driver's license (preferred, location-dependent) and driving qualifications
