Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Host/Wait Assistant!

Our team provides exceptional service and a welcoming environment for our members in our restaurants, the Bobby Jones Pub & Grill and The Lodge. We are looking for individuals who are friendly, love working within a team, and have a passion for people to produce an experience for our members.

• Enhance our member experience by anticipating needs, personalizing interactions, and striving to be the best part of each member's day.
• Answer phone calls, and facilitate reservations and to‑go orders accurately and efficiently.
• Offer members and guests a warm greeting and a fond farewell.
• Be knowledgeable about the menu, specials, and other Club offerings.
• Ensure the host area and restaurant is clean, tidy, and inviting.
• Support your fellow team members and contribute to a healthy, positive culture.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Host and club experience is a plus
• Experience with restaurant POS systems is a plus
• Must be 16 years or older

• Ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs
• Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time

• This position is available for part‑time individuals. Candidates must be willing to have flexible schedules and willing to work weekdays, weekends, and some holidays. Shifts will differ from 4-8 hours.
• Sunday availability is required.

• $15-$21 per hour (including base wage and service charge)
