Join the founding team at beem Light Sauna. Minnesota's newest hub for high-end infrared wellness. We re launching our Edina studio and hiring a Lead Sales Associate to drive membership sales, deliver world-class client experiences, and grow with us into a potential management role.
Top-tier pay
: $22 to $23/hr base + commission (top performers earn up to $1,500/month in bonuses)

What You ll DoSell with purpose
:
Make 50+ outbound calls/texts daily to convert leads into members
Lead with presence
:
Host studio tours, client consultations, and personalized sales interactions
Own the numbers
:
Manage your sales pipeline, track performance, and hit revenue goals
Be the brand
:
Represent beem at events and through grassroots outreach
Run the front
:
Manage check-ins, scheduling, inventory, and membership processing
Support others
:
Mentor part-time team members and uphold service excellence
Improve operations
:
Take initiative to solve problems and optimize studio systems
Motivated by performance and ready to lead by example
Passionate about wellness and creating standout client experiences
Reliable, professional, and organized
Comfortable making outbound sales calls and following up with leads
Eager to grow into a larger leadership role as the studio scales
QualificationsRequired:
2+ years of sales experience in fitness, wellness, or high-end service environments
Track record of meeting/exceeding sales goals
Excellent communication skills in-person, by phone, and over text
Availability for at least 23 Saturdays/month
Willingness to start part-time with the potential to grow to full-time
Preferred:
Experience in boutique fitness, infrared sauna, spa, or wellness studios
Familiarity with CRM or scheduling platforms (e.g., Mindbody, Zenoti)
Comfort with grassroots marketing and community outreach
