• Educate customers on insurance products and services
• Assist with policy applications, changes, and renewals
• Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism and care
• Maintain accurate records and follow established processes
• Support agency growth through meaningful customer interactions

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized
• Prior experience in customer service or sales (preferred but not required)
• Currently licensed candidates preferred, insurance licensing will be required
