We are seeking an experienced DOC1 / Engage One CCM Developer to design, develop, maintain, and support customer communication solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with DOC1/Engage One Designer, Customer Communications Management (CCM), XML, and JSON.
Roles and ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop customer-facing documents, statements, correspondence, and batch communications.
Develop and maintain templates using DOC1 / Engage One Designer.
Work with XML and JSON data for dynamic document generation.
Translate business requirements into scalable CCM solutions.
Troubleshoot and resolve application and production issues.
Perform testing and ensure solutions meet quality, performance, and compliance requirements.
Collaborate with business, development, and QA teams.
6+ years of software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with DOC1 / Engage One Designer.
Solid CCM experience.
Strong knowledge of XML and JSON.
Experience with document composition and batch communication solutions.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
