Board Certified Behavior Analyst

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Erie County, PA. The BCBA will assess, design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans for clients. Responsibilities include conducting comprehensive behavioral assessments, providing one‑on‑one or group therapy sessions, training and educating parents and caregivers, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective interventions. The role will also involve data collection, analysis, and reporting to track progress and outcomes.

• Strong expertise in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
• Experience with Parent Education and Behavior Management strategies
• Background in Psychology and understanding of psychological principles
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to develop tailored intervention plans and adjust strategies as needed
• Relevant experience in clinical, educational, or community-based settings
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) is required
• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field
