As the Managing Veterinarian / Medical Director, you will play a key leadership role by:

• Overseeing all aspects of medical operations, from protocols to case management
• Leading and mentoring our team of associate veterinarians and support staff
• Ensuring full compliance with veterinary regulations and licensure requirements
• Driving strategic growth through innovative clinical and operational initiatives
• Monitoring financial performance, budget planning, and key hospital metrics
• Collaborating with the Hospital Manager to improve client experience and practice efficiency

We’re offering a unique chance for joint ownership in the practice for interested candidates, though it’s entirely optional. This is a rare opportunity to have both clinical influence and a financial stake in a thriving hospital.

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or equivalent)
• Active Pennsylvania veterinary license (or ability to obtain)
