As a Campus Store Leader
, you will support a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager overseeing store operations, driving sales growth while delivering brand and operational excellence throughout the store and ensuring your team delivers an engaging customer service experience.

You will cultivate an environment of mentorship and continuous development while staying engaged in financial metrics and store performance, supporting a Market Leader or Campus Store Manager with overall store operations.

• Driving results / sales
  :
  Execute store plans and daily operations for both traditional and rush periods consistent with company objectives, including sales promotions, special events, financial reviews, cash handling, inventory control, store environment upkeep, shipping/receiving, visual merchandising, security, and course materials activities.
• Talent management
  :
  Supervise team members (FT/PT, temporary/seasonal), train and coach on standards, enforce policies, onboard new hires, schedule hours within budget, and provide coverage during breaks or peak periods.
• Customer service
  :
  Create and maintain an engaging culture centred on solutions‑based selling and exceptional customer experience—greeting customers, answering phones, resolving escalated issues, gathering POS email data, maintaining OMS service levels, and proactively responding to feedback.
• Campus relationships
  :
  Communicate and partner with the campus to share store operational updates and facilitate campus events.
• Other duties as assigned to support general store operations.

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent.
• 0–5 years of relevant experience (academic retail experience is a plus).
• Strong organizational, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills.
• Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen.
• Advanced relationship building and demonstrated ability to influence a team and outreach customers.
• General computer skills.
• Travel: minimal – less than 10 %.
