The Assistant Manager role combines business strategy, operations, creativity and people management. Responsibilities include driving sales through business analysis and customer service, overseeing daily store operations (opening/closing routines, process efficiency), floor presentation, product knowledge, and talent leadership (recruiting, training, engagement and development).
