Job Summary

We are seeking a Receptionist to join our team at Payne Edinburg CDJR. The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing exceptional customer service and representing the company in a professional manner. We are looking for full‑time receptionist that will work the 2:00 pm‑8:00 pm shift alternating Saturday’s from 8 am‑7 pm with a one‑hour lunch on that day.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.

Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate party.

Maintain a clean and organized reception area.

Assist with administrative tasks as needed, such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents.

Coordinate appointments and manage the conference room schedule.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail.

Assist other departments with clerical duties when necessary.

Uphold company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Professional appearance and demeanor.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
