Member Services Representative

The Member Services Representative (MSR) is the first and last interaction our members have at our facilities, making them the face of our operation. The MSR handles all preliminary guest questions and concerns while maintaining a fun and supportive atmosphere for our members.

• Greet all members & guests with a smile and wish them well as they exit the club
• Check in all members and guests in accordance with company procedures
• Facilitate any messages on club software at member check-in
• Answer phones in a courteous, helpful, professional manner
• Communicate special events to members and guests
• Maintain an atmosphere that makes members feel welcome
• Facilitate all member requests or forward to a manager
• Always maintain a professional disposition
• Sell retail products
• Schedule member services: tanning, hydro‑massage, etc.
• Facilitate payment of member services in accordance with company procedures
• Know club facility, services, and schedules
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist in all projects as delegated by club management
• Follow all policies and procedures in the Team Member Handbook

• Obtain or maintain a valid Child/Infant CPR Certification
• Experience working with children
• Certifications required by local or state laws

• Lift up to 10 lbs. on occasion
• Stand, bend, and squat frequently
• Climb and hang decorations when needed

• All applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent (e.g., GED)
• Applicants must be at least 18 years of age
• All applicants must be eligible to work in the United States and maintain that eligibility throughout employment; proof of eligibility must be provided
