Full-Time Bilingual Call Center Representative
Company: Map Communications l Location: Edinburg, TX
(In-Office)
Schedule: 40 hours/week (10-hr shifts), requires working one weekend day and holidays
Because we serve both English and Spanish speaking caller communities, candidates must demonstrate verbal and written communication in both languages, providing clear translation and message relay as needed.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide warm, professional, and empathetic assistance to callers in a high-volume environment.
- Gather, verify, and route caller information accurately to the appropriate clients.
- Enter caller details into our software quickly and with strong attention to detail.
- Consistently hit core performance goals, including schedule adherence, average handling times, and quality assurance standards.
- Friendly, polished, and articulate phone presentation.
- Excellent verbal and written English commutation (including proper grammar and spelling).
- Basic computer literacy in a Windows environment.
- Minimum typing speed of 35 WPM.
- Strong work ethic, reliable attendance, and a commitment to quality service.
- Flexibility to work one weekend day per week and assigned holidays.
- Base Rate: $16/hr
- Attendance Premium:
Earn an additional rate boost up to $18.50/hr base equivalent through our perfrect attendance program (covering shift punctuality, return-from-break timing, and full shift completion).
