Responsibilities
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Assessment and Referral Coordinator receives referrals and establishes assessment and admission services to address patients with behavioral health needs. The Coordinator’s objective is to provide an appropriate disposition utilizing internal or external services. The Coordinator is responsible for assuring that patient information is obtained accurately and conveyed to the necessary entities.
RN - Registered Nurse currently licensed in the State of Texas, or part of a compact state license, or has a valid temporary RN license for the State of Texas while waiting to receive the permanent license. ADN / BSN preferred.
