Scope of Job:The Department of Occupational Therapy at The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley (UTRGV) seek applicants for a non-tenure,part-time lecturer in its entry level Doctor of Occupational Therapy program for the 2027 spring and summer terms. UTRGV faculty will be expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to student success and to advancing the university, college, and programmission.

Minimum Qualifications:The qualifications to be considered as a non-tenure track,part-time lecturer is an entry-level master's degree in occupational therapy from an accredited institution with a concentration of experience and/or expertise in the OT practice area(s) needed to teach a broad range of courses.
Discipline SpecificRequired Qualifications:
OT candidate must have three (3) or more years of clinical experience as an occupational therapist. Occupational Therapistsmust hold a Texas License or be eligible for a license in Texas asan occupational therapist.
