In-Home Healthcare LVN - Weekend Night Shift; Acuity

• Providing skilled nursing care to pediatric patients in a home setting.
• Managing complex acuity cases involving feeding tubes, trachs, vents, and medication administration, with training available.
• Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate and empathetic patient care.
• Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team and supporting family education.

• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state (compact licenses must transfer within 90 days).
• Current CPR certification with hands-on component (training assistance available).
• TB skin test within the last 12 months.
• Reliable transportation.
• Preferred but not required: six months of hands-on nursing experience.
