As a Team Lead at GO Car Wash, you help site managers with daily operations, ensuring inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards are met to deliver a consistent, convenient, and exceptional car wash experience. You also hire, train, and coach teammates to perform their jobs and uphold our values, setting an example in all required car wash activities.

• Assist site managers with daily operations of the car wash.
• Ensure all inventory, equipment, site, service, and safety standards are met.
• Hire, train, and coach teammates.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
• Communicate clearly, engage, and lead others by example.
• Organize time, work, and team to complete many varying responsibilities.

• 6 months of relevant customer service or sales experience.
• Car wash experience preferred, though not required.
• Ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales growth.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage time, tasks, and team responsibilities.

Our teammates in this role typically earn $15.50/hour
, which includes a base pay of $13.50/hour plus an average of $2/hour in commission from membership sales. Commissions are uncapped; top performers regularly exceed the additional earnings. Offer will depend on location and level of knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience.
