Join us as a Retail Front End Supervisor leading the front end team, supervising store operations, and driving sales through coaching and training.

• Supervise all store functions and associates while serving as Manager on Duty.
• Maximize sales results through training, development, and coaching of direct reports.
• Promote safety for customers and associates by adhering to company guidelines.
• Foster a diverse culture based on teamwork and collaboration.
• Solve issues and make informed decisions to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Reinforce asset protection strategies to eliminate shortages.
• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new associates.
• Participate in weekly workload planning meetings.
• Drive community relations through company programs and partnerships.
• Coordinate meal and break periods and monitor schedule adherence.

• At least 1 year of supervisory experience within an off‑price, big‑box, or specialty retail environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a positive, engaging attitude.
• Ability to work a full‑time schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
• Physical ability to move, handle, and lift merchandise weighing 40 lbs. or more, and stand and walk for extended periods.
