SUMMARY
The Parts Advisor is responsible for selling parts and accessories to service technicians and customers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES- Handle telephone orders efficiently.
- Prepare parts counter sales ticket thoroughly.
- Cost parts on repair orders.
- Assist in receiving parts in shipping area.
- Carefully check invoices against orders and stock shelves promptly.
- Help maintain parts storage in orderly condition.
- Inform technicians and customers when special order parts arrive.
Be able to carry more than 5 lbs.
WORK ENVIRONMENTBe able to work in a fast-paced environment
Be able to work independently or in a team environment
CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS- Etc.
- Must be 21 years old or older
- Must have a Valid Texas Driver’s License
- Must be able to pass a drug screening test.
- Must be able to pass a background screening check.

- Accurately look up parts and distribute to techs accordingly.
