We're seeking a Bilingual Insurance Sales Representative who is fluent in English and Spanish to help expand our client base and deliver exceptional service across auto, property, and life insurance. In this role, you'll receive extensive hands‑on training, access to top‑tier leads, and strong mentorship to support your long‑term success.

- Prospect and acquire new clients through phone, email, social media, video calls, and in‑person meetings
- Customize insurance solutions for auto, home, renters, and life insurance needs
- Build strong client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience
- Develop insurance quotes, present tailored solutions, and close sales
- Network with realtors, lenders, and local professionals to drive referrals and new business
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal)
- Active Property & Casualty License (or willingness to obtain before starting)
- Must be able to work in‑office to start
- Prior sales & customer‑facing experience
- Positive, coachable, and highly self‑motivated
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
