As Audit Semi Senior, you will support the delivery of statutory audits across a varied portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the planning, fieldwork and completion of external audits
• Performing audit testing and preparing working papers to a high standard
• Supporting the preparation of statutory accounts for a range of entities
• Liaising with clients to obtain information and resolve routine queries
• Ensuring audit work is completed efficiently and in line with agreed deadlines
• Identifying issues and communicating them clearly to senior team members
• Developing your technical skills through on‑the‑job experience and structured training
• Contributing to a positive team environment and supporting colleagues as needed

This role offers excellent exposure and the chance to gain responsibility at an early stage.

You’ll be a motivated and detail‑oriented audit professional keen to progress in practice.

You will be:

• Be studying toward ACA or ACCA (or planning to begin)
• Have experience working in a UK accountancy practice in an audit or audit/accounts role
• Possess strong numeracy, analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Have excellent communication and client‑service abilities
• Be organised, reliable and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Enjoy working as part of a supportive and collaborative audit team
• Be eager to learn and take on increasing levels of responsibility

Experience using audit software and cloud accounting systems is helpful but not essential.
