Role OverviewWe are seeking a Property Administrator to support the Property Management team in delivering outstanding customer care and ensuring smooth operational processes across the department. The ideal candidate will be organised, proactive and driven, with a naturally positive attitude and strong administrative capability. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys contributing to a collaborative, service-focused team.
KeyDuties & Responsibilities
- Processing tenant applications and referencing
- Completing AML/s for prospective tenants
- Preparing lease agreements ready for signing
- Instructing, tracking and maintaining records for safety certification
- Processing maintenance invoices
- Assisting with property viewings when required
- Providing general administrative support to the Property Management team
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Managing office keys and key logs
- Attending viewing appointments when required
- Managing the enquiries email inbox
- Handling Council Tax, utility provider and factoring invoices
- Assisting with incoming calls
- Managing landlord registration renewals
- Registering tenant deposits and assisting with deposit releases
- Creating and issuing inspection reports to landlords
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- First-class communication skills – written, verbal and face-to-face
- Strong administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident IT skills across key software packages
- Positive, “can-do” attitude with the ability to take direction well
- Friendly, approachable and professional manner
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Motivated, proactive and able to work effectively within a team
- High level of honesty and integrity
- Full driving licence preferred
- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
- Pool car use
- Holiday entitlement: 28 days per year (including bank holidays), rising to 30 after 3 years and 35 after 5 years
