Our client, a well-established and respected organisation based in Edinburgh, is looking to appoint a New Client Administrator to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering the chance to take on a key role within a collaborative and supportive environment.

The Role
The successful candidate will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient onboarding of new clients, as well as supporting the ongoing administration of existing client documentation.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the Onboarding function of new clients and the ongoing maintenance of client records.
Liaising directly with new and existing clients to collect, review, and verify due diligence documentation
Providing guidance to clients on suitable identification and verification documentation.
Working closely with internal colleagues to ensure onboarding requirements are met.
Maintaining onboarding trackers and ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
Ensuring all client information is accurate, complete, and stored in line with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
Collaborating with colleagues to support the consistent delivery of team workflows.
Essential Skills & Experience
Prior experience in, compliance, or administrative role within professional services.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Confidence communicating with clients via phone and email.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet agreed deadlines.

Take ownership of tasks and follow processes carefully.
Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
