Our client, a well-established and respected organisation based in Edinburgh, is looking to appoint a New Client Administrator to join their expanding team. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity offering the chance to take on a key role within a collaborative and supportive environment. The RoleThe successful candidate will play a vital role in the smooth and efficient onboarding of new clients, as well as supporting the ongoing administration of existing client documentation.
Key responsibilities include:- Supporting the Onboarding function of new clients and the ongoing maintenance of client records.
- Liaising directly with new and existing clients to collect, review, and verify due diligence documentation.
- Providing guidance to clients on suitable identification and verification documentation.
- Working closely with internal colleagues to ensure onboarding requirements are met.
- Maintaining onboarding trackers and ensuring tasks are completed within agreed timelines.
- Ensuring all client information is accurate, complete, and stored in line with internal processes and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborating with colleagues to support the consistent delivery of team workflows.
- Prior experience in compliance, or administrative role within professional services.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Confidence communicating with clients via phone and email.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet agreed deadlines.
- Be well organized with a proactive and structured approach to work.
- Enjoy working as part of a collaborative team.
- Take ownership of tasks and follow processes carefully.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Be motivated to develop your skills within a client onboarding or compliance-focused environment.
