Minute Taker / Administrator

Central Edinburgh-based office based role with hybrid working available (attendance required for meetings)

Temp role for 4 weeks initially potential to be extended

Part-Time role 20 hours per week flexibility on when these hours are worked

Starts TOMORROW (Wednesday 18th February)

Pay rate up to 17.00 per hour + holiday pay

Search Consultancy are currently working exclusively with a well-known business in Central Edinburgh to recruit for an experienced Administrator / Minute Taker for a minimum of 4 weeks, with potential for extension beyond this.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing comprehensive Administration support for a key team within the business. This role would ideally suit an accomplished Senior Administrator, PA or EA who is immediately available to start and is happy to pick up this short term temp contract with a very well regarded client!

Duties involved in this role will include:

  • Attending meetings to take minutes & action points
  • Ensuring minutes & actions are properly documented & circulated accordingly
  • Providing comprehensive Administration support to a specific team within the organisation
  • Carrying out a variety of other administration duties as required for the wider team

In order to be considered for this role, your skills & experience should include:

  • Previous experience in both Administration and Minute Taking - this experience is ESSENTIALfor the role
  • First-class organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise & complete a busy workload effectively
  • Solid IT skills including the use of the full MS Office suite of programs
    Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
