The Role

As a Personal Assistant
, you will be expected to provide administrative, organisational, and operational support to sub‑unit head and Global Client Director, ensuring seamless day‑to‑day functioning. You should manage diary schedules, communications, travel, meetings, documentation, and priorities with professionalism and strict confidentiality. This role requires proactive planning and the ability to handle sensitive information and shifting demands.

Key responsibilities:
  • Executive and Calendar Management.
  • Meeting and events coordination.
  • Travel and Expenses, and General planning and monitoring.
  • Handling of contract documents and signatures process.
  • Excellent organisational, planning and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable building relationships with stakeholders at all levels, both within and out with the organisation.
  • Ability to adapt to fast‑moving deadlines and prioritise requests from multiple sources.
  • Professional demeanour, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Confident user of Office 365 programs and quick learner of new systems.
  • Comfortable working autonomously and proactively within remit of the role, as well as part of a team, both remotely and in person with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work to tight timescales and budget limits.
Your Profile Essential skills/knowledge/experience:
  • Strong background in event coordination and on‑site support.
  • Skilled in organising meetings, agendas, and scheduling logistics.
  • Experienced in managing complex travel plans and itineraries.
  • Competent in financial administration, including invoice and expense processing.
  • Trusted to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Proficient in data collation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Effective in overseeing office operations and maintaining smooth day‑to‑day workflows.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience:
  • Previous work experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant for senior management.
