Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Edinburgh (EH26) with The Height Group Ltd.

The Contract Administrator will work closely alongside our Contracts Team to support the daily operations of the business and ensure the smooth delivery of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and reviewing contract documentation
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records
  • Coordinating project and team activities
  • Assisting with scheduling and communication between departments
  • Supporting contract compliance and document control processes
  • Providing general administrative support to ensure seamless contract execution
Essential Skills
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong administrative and document control experience
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills
  • Experience with in construction, engineering, or working‑at‑height industries
  • Knowledge of contract administration processes
  • Familiarity with health & safety documentation and compliance
  • Experience using project management or document control systems
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in an administrative or contract support role (preferred)
  • Relevant qualification in Business Administration, Construction Management, or similar (desirable)

A proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are key to succeeding in this role.
