Planner/Scheduler
Grimstock Hill
Temp - Perm
£23,700 per annum
Monday to Friday – 40 hour week
An exciting opportunity for Planners/Schedulers has arisen working on an exciting contract based within the Grimstock Hill area assisting with a growing facilities management team.
Your main duties will be:
- Prioritising urgent jobs
- Sending jobs to engineers via their PDA
- Ensuring engineers/subcontractors complete and submit work orders
- Managing the engineer’s diaries/calendars
- Escalating concerns to managers
- Responding to emails regarding repairs in accordance with operational procedures
- Logging calls and repair requests on IT systems
- Order parts for repairs
- Liaising with operatives about completed jobs and return visits
- Filing/maintaining paperwork in accordance with quality assurance procedures
- Dealing with customer complaints and logging them onto the system
- Report running of job histories
Successful candidates would need experience with CAFM systems, Business Spend Management programmes, be proficient in MS Office and previous facilities management background within a helpdesk role.
