The position of Accounts / Administration Assistant (Sage) requires a detail-oriented individual to support accounting and administrative tasks within the business services industry. Description
  • Process invoices, payments, and other financial transactions using Sage software.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of financial data and administrative files.
  • Assist in preparing financial reports and documentation for internal use.
  • Handle general administrative tasks, including correspondence and data entry.
  • Support the organisation with finance and administrative day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Resolve any discrepancies in financial records or transactions promptly.
  • Provide excellent internal and external customer service
  • Support in organising events and other ad hoc duties
Profile

A successful Accounts / Administration Assistant (Sage) should have:
