Behind every donation is data that helps improve supporter care. Join our dynamic and ambitious team at NHS Lothian Charity as a Database Officer and play a key role in ensuring supporter information and voluntary income is recorded timely and accurately — supporting charitable giving that makes a difference for patients across Edinburgh and the Lothians.
NHS Lothian Charity is the official charity of NHS Lothian. From the everyday to the transformational, we support NHS Lothian to excel for all the communities it serves: patients, families, carers and staff. Together, we help make healthcare better. We are dedicated to supporting NHS Lothian patients and staff and improving health and wellbeing for the people of Edinburgh and the Lothians.
The RoleAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Database Officer to join NHS Lothian Charity on a 2-year fixed-term contract, so we can build on our successes and grow support.
Reporting to the Database Manager, you will deliver the day-to-day administration of the charity’s CRM database, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of supporter and income data. You will work closely with colleagues across Finance and the Engagement Team to support income reconciliation, reporting, data imports and exports, and continuous improvement of database processes.
This role is well suited to someone who has experience of working with data in a fundraising charity setting, has excellent attention to detail, and is motivated by contributing to work that has a positive impact on health and wellbeing.
