Job PurposeTo provide high quality support in the daily running of the department as an individual and team player. To undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties required to maintain the smooth running of the department and enable the team to achieve their objectives and meet required deadlines.
Working PatternPart‑time: 5 hours per day on Wednesday or Friday, or 7 hours per day over two days (Wednesday–Friday).
Requirements- Eligibility to work in the United Kingdom and demonstration of the relevant permission to work.
- Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme membership or record for the required regulatory group (child and/or adult). If not a current PVG member, an application will need to be made to Disclosure Scotland and deemed satisfactory before beginning in post.
- Due to legislative changes from 1 April 2025, the role may require a different level of criminal records check than currently required, and if assessed as a regulated role, appointment will be subject to joining the PVG Scheme.
