Position: Administrative Assistant- (Start Date August 2026)
Location: City of Edinburgh

We are seeking a dedicated, organised and hard‑working Administrator to deliver a variety of administration tasks as part of our busy school team.

Our office team is situated within the Main Reception area at the heart of the school campus and serves as a central reference point and contact for pupils, parents, staff and visitors.

    Skills:

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and school management systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills with a professional manner.
  • Safeguarding: Commitment to promoting the welfare of children.
  • Attributes: Strong multi‑tasking abilities and a calm approach under pressure.
