We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Job Evaluation Administrator to support the delivery of the Band 5 Nursing Review—a large-scale programme ensuring fair and consistent job evaluation for nursing roles.

Working closely with the Project Support Manager, you’ll play a key role in coordinating administrative processes, supporting panel meetings, and ensuring timely and accurate processing of applications across this high-profile review.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate day-to-day administration of the Band 5 Nursing Review process
  • Undertake quality checks on submissions and ensure completeness of documentation
  • Maintain and update data within the TURAS Job Evaluation system
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to evaluation panels
  • Prepare reports and outcome correspondence for applicants
  • Support scheduling, training events, and stakeholder communications
  • Respond to queries and elevate complex issues appropriately
About You
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working to deadlines and managing competing priorities
  • Confident using IT systems (e.g. spreadsheets, databases, Microsoft Office)
  • Knowledge of job evaluation processes is desirable
