We offer a wide range of services, including but not limited to GP consultations, occupational health, sexual health, aesthetic treatments, childhood vaccinations and travel health. Aboutthe Role
We’re looking for a professional and personable Clinic Liaison Officer to join our team and become the face of the clinic. This is a varied role where you’ll be the first point of contact for patients and clients, ensuring a smooth, welcoming experience while supporting the day‑to‑day running of a busy medical practice. You’ll work closely with clinical staff and management to keep everything running efficiently behind the scenes.
Some weekend working will be required.
- Welcoming patients and providing a high standard of customer service at reception, by phone, and via email
- Handling requests from corporate clients and processing bookings and paperwork in a timely and efficient manner
- Assist with general housekeeping and ensuring patients are provided with tea, coffee or water in a timely manner
- Managing appointments, enquiries, and patient requests
- Supporting clinicians by preparing and sending reports and referrals
- Coordinating medical and occupational health bookings
- Handling payments, invoices, and basic financial admin
- Scan documentation and manage paperwork efficiently and in line with YourGP policies and GDPR
- Keeping reception and clinic areas organised, stocked, and presentable
- Monitor stock levels of office/general supplies and place orders as required
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative tasks as needed
- Experience in a customer‑facing or administrative role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Confident using a variety of computer systems/applications (e.g. MS Office, booking systems)
- High attention to detail and ability to work to deadlines
- A calm, professional approach and ability to handle sensitive information
- A team player who can also work independently
Experience in a healthcare or medical setting is a bonus, but not essential.
