The Secretarial & Administration team is looking for an Admin Hub Assistant to support the business with on‑site administration duties. This full‑time, on‑site role requires office presence 5 days a week in our Edinburgh office.
Responsibilities- Photocopying, printing, and scanning of documents in line with business processes.
- Preparing post to be sent as required.
- Locating documents from physical files for copying/scanning or other actions.
- Closure of physical files and preparation of files for archiving to Iron Mountain.
- Maintaining physical files in line with business process and regulatory requirements.
- Downloading/updating documents from CD/memory sticks to relevant systems.
- Basic to intermediate IT and keyboard skills with knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft systems.
- Knowledge of relevant document and case management systems.
- Good attention to detail and a concern for accuracy and quality of work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Previous experience in an admin/secretarial position (not essential).
