The Open University in Northern Ireland invites applications for a Student Recruitment and Support Adviser. You will support enrolment and module registrations, handling enquiries via phone, email, webchat and letters, and maintain student records on corporate systems.
The role is full-time, 37 hours per week, with a flexible shift pattern between 8:00 am and 6:30 pm, based in Belfast. Training is office-based, then hybrid, with emphasis on accuracy, multi-channel service and timely responses.
